VEGETABLE GARDEN

Judith's vegetable garden is about the size of a tennis court. Neighbours (and family) usually end up walking away clutching some item of produce after a visit to Dursley. Main crops I recall include potatoes, pumpkin, raspberries (purpose built house for them), asparagus, tomatoes, broad beans etc - too many to name them all. Grandchildren race in there after school to pick peppers, raspberries and citrus fruit to gobble.

The garden just always LOOKS so good, too. Most years Judith sows the seeds, then plants rows of marigolds to line the main path. They look spectacular contrasting with purple cabbages and beetroot leaves.
